He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo C. Howard and Dorothea Howard (Gill). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Howard (Bishop); his children, Brandi Holland, Trevor Howard (Debbie) and Charla Decaro (Mike); his grandchildren, Timothy Howard (Mary), Alexis Holland (Macully), Haley Holland, Sydney Howard, Skyler Howard, Emilia Decaro and Alexandria Decaro; and his sister Sharon Connolly.
