She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Carter and Alice Catherine Carter (Fletcher). She is survived by: her former spouse Yvonne Lutter of Grants; her siblings, Marguerite Carter, Robert Carter (Tracee Patterson), John Carter, James Carter and Ruth Maxon; her nieces and nephews, Michele, Robert, Timothy, Sarah, Andrew, Ian, Courtney, Nathan, Madeline and William; and her pets, Odin, Red, Peeps, Nim, Merlin and Dos Passos. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many loving friends.
She died of Covid-19 on December 3, 2020 in Willoughby, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church or Lake Humane Society.
