Blough of Oxford, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Robert Blough; his girlfriend Lena Birch; his stepchildren, Rose Pombles and Tom Michael; and his stepgrandchildren, Lisa Moss, Tamra Cupp, Tamela Hill and Brian McComas.
