He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Miller and Genevieve Miller (Ricker); and his sister Joanne Carder. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Vorst; his children, Steve Miller (Toshi) of Blue Ash, Amy Eickholt (Bruce) of Fort Jennings and David Miller (Brenda) of Delphos; his grandchildren, Issei Miller, Hannah Miller, Seisho Miller, Keri Eickholt, Erin Eickholt, Bradley Eickholt, Samantha Bowersock (Brett), Allison Miller and Jacob Miller; his great grandchild Carson Bowersock; his brother Stanley Miller (Darlene) of Ottawa; and his brother-in-law Richard Carder of Ottoville.
Due to the restrictions regarding COVID 19, masks are required upon entering the funeral home and/or church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Homecare and Hospice or to the American Heart Association.
