She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Kemper and Theresia Kemper (Ricker); her former husband Elmer Wittler; her husband Robert F. Lammers; and her siblings, Frances Muzechuk, Amelia Burdg, Bertha Gasser, Henry Kemper, Leo Kemper, Lawrence Kemper, Arnold Kemper, Alphonse Kemper, Joe Kemper and John Kemper.
She is survived by: her children, Doyle Wittler (Doris) of Fort Jennings, Carol Giesken (Dave) of Ottoville and Marilyn Allen (Rodney Oiler) of Napoleon; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Wittler (Joan), Laura Hutt (Michael), Scott Wittler (Jennifer), Tricia Halker (Aaron), Nichole Giesken, Melissa Herron (Anthony), Tracey Bloomfield (Jeremy), Jason Allen (Brittany) and Jennifer Allen; her great grandchildren, Ava Wittler, Erin McClanahan (Brian), Ryan Wittler, Connor Wittler, Summer Wittler, Lauryn Halker, Jacob Halker, Cole Giesken, Kiersten Herron, Mikala Bloomfield, Zoey Bloomfield and Arianna Protner; her siblings, Isadore Kemper of Ottoville, Theresa Kramer of Ottoville and Agnes Ostendorf of Fort Jennings; and her sister-in-law Ruth Johnson (Kemper) of Leipsic.
Due to restrictions regarding COVID-19, masks and social distancing are required at both the funeral home and church.
