He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kemper and Theresia Kemper (Ricker); his former wife Alice Dickman Wueller; his wife Norma Myers; his stepchildren, Henry Wueller and Wilma Bixler Ritchey; his stepchildren-in-law, Dee Wueller and Kenneth Ritchey; and his siblings, Frances Muzechuk, Amelia Burdg, Bertha Gasser, John Kemper, Joseph Kemper, Alphonse Kemper, Lawrence Kemper, Henry Kemper and Leo Kemper.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Martha Kuhbander (Ed) of Ottawa, Marjory Rockey of Lima, Ben Wueller (Jodie) of Ney, Joe Wueller (Diane) of Kalida, Millie McElwain (Rich) of Kalida, Leona Wueller of Kalida and Rita Wueller of Lima; his stepdaughter-in-law Susan Wueller of Auburn, IN; and his siblings, Isadore Kemper of Ottoville, Lucille Lammers of Ottoville, Theresa Kramer of Ottoville and Agnes Ostendorf of Fort Jennings. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with COVID-19 requirements, masks and social distancing will be required in the funeral home and church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for televised masses or to St. Mary's Cemetery, Ottoville.
