Halker Sr. of Ottawa, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Halker, and Louise H. Halker, Sr. (Kuhbander); his wife Lillian Gerding; his sister Donna Jean Halker; and his stepgranddaughter Carmela Boninsegna.
He is survived by: his children, Don Halker, Jr. of Ottawa, Steven J. Halker (Nilda) of McClure and Anne Boninsegna (Dave) of Ottawa; and his siblings, Shirley Brown of Lima, Mary Wiener of Ottawa, Barbara Schroeder of Columbus Grove, Debbie Seimet (Charles) of Lakeview, Elmer Halker, Jr. of Pandora, Louis Halker (Mary Ellen) of Glandorf and Thomas Halker (Patti) of Columbus Grove. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
