He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Brillhart and Eunice Brillhart; his grandson Trey Tovar; his sister Phyllis Harwick; and his sister-in-law Pam Sullivan (Mike).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Wendy Davis (Mark), Dawn Tovar (Jerry) and Tom; and his grandchildren, Brooke Champion (Nick), Mark Davis, Nathan Davis, Bob Brillhart, Tom Brillhart (Kelly) and Sam Tovar. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
