She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Blum and Evelyn Blum; her husbands, Rich Furman and George Dixon; and her siblings, Robert Blum, Virginia Dutcher, Joanne LaCourse, George Blum, Donnie Blum, Norbert Blum, Norman Blum and Jimmy Blum.

She is survived by: her children, Jean, Rick Furman (Monique), Jeanne Dippman (Joe) and Jim Furman (Leslie); her grandchildren, Sean Hintz (Shelly), Heidi Hintz (Ethan Finkenbiner), Hunter Furman, Reid Furman and Nicholas Rocca; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Addyson Hintz, Brady and Grant Hintz; and her sisters, Marilyn Daly and Janet Schacht.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice or Promedica Ebeid Hospice.
