She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Boyd and Iva Boyd (Stayler); her husband Richard Hartford Sr.; her son Kenneth Hartford; her siblings, Steve, Joe Boyd, Iva Johnson and Violet Canning; and her grandson Nathan Keirns (Ralph Humphrey).

She is survived by: her children, Richard Jr., Robert, Harvey, Larry (Deanna), Ronald (Carolyn), Jeffery (Mary) and Kimberly (Steve); her siblings, Sarah Soltes and Robert Stone (Judy); and her daughter-in-law Joyce Rutkowski Hartford. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 29, great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
