She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leonhardt and Lola; and her husband Phillip Kochanski Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Phil Kochanski Jr. (Crystal), Bob Kochanski and Joe Kochanski; her grandchildren, Amber, Derek, Austin, Katie and Hunter; and her great grandchild Olivia.

Memorial contributions in Linda's name can be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
