He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Ludlow and Keene Thomas Ludlow Jr.; his wife LaDonna Jean; and his siblings, Larry Ludlow, Joan Zelling and Martin Ludlow.

He is survived by: his children, Terri Fitzpatrick (Dave), Cindy Hughes (Don), Thomas Ludlow (Trish), Patti Briley (Mike), Jeffrey Ludlow (Kelly) and Mark Ludlow; and his siblings, Laura Shippy (Arthur), John Ludlow and Sue Foster. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
