It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Thomas Manning of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manning and Ruth Manning (Marvin); his wife Kathryn; and his close friend Amber "Pam" Wolfe. He is survived by: his son William R. Manning (Cara); his grandchildren, Beverly Williams (Zack) and William Manning; and his great grandchildren, Harmony and Zaiden.
