She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her brother Andrew Horvath; and her parents, Julia Horvath (Mezei) and Andrew Horvath. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Smith, Deanna Donahue (Tom) and Dawn Schiavone (Todd); her granddaughters, Olivia Laberdee (Ryan), Lindsay Row (Kyle) and Hayley Schiavone; and her great grandchild Grady Laberdee.

Memorial contributions in Connie's name can be directed to St. Ignatius Church, Oregon, OH.
