She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Smoots and Lucy Smoots (Hauger); her brother George Smoots of Washington; her husband Paul Squires; and her siblings, Opal Weaver, Christine Earlewine and Stan Smoots.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Sable (Steve), Judy Perry (Bob), Joanne Harrington (Scott) and Janet Ramsey (Larry); and her brother Raymond Smoots. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
