She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Johnson and Mary Johnson (Zitzman); her husband Donald Osenbaugh; her children, Robert Osenbaugh and Mary Cummings; and her brother Bernard Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Streight; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Osenbaugh; her grandchildren, Nora Mc Gibbeny (Jim), Jennifer Zacharias (Karl), Gale Frybarger, Jennifer Havener, Ryan Osenbaugh (Nicole), Steve Frybarger (Jenny), Jammi Streight, Timothy Jr. Streight (Heather) and Kimberly Havener; and her close friend Barbara Carr. She is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren & 13 Great Great Grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be directed to Shriner's Children Hospital.
