He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Childress and Faye Childress (Robinson); his daughters, Lois Warnke and Lynda Sienkiewicz; and his grandchildren, Christine Altice, Karen Turnbull (Steve), Russell Warnke (Wanda), Susan Warnke and Michael Savage (Marcia).
