He is survived by: his wife Eva M. Watts; his brothers, Carl Watts and Jesse Watts (Pilm); and his sisters-in-law, Kay Frances Watts and Donna Watts (Penny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
