He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney E. Buchacek and Dorothy Buchacek. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Buchacek; his daughter Heather M. Kassouf (Richard Matthew); his granddaughter Alyssa M. Kassouf; and his sister Jean LeMay.
