He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hart and Viola Hart. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Kelly Hart and TJ Hart; and his sisters, Susan Rumancik (Thomas) of North Ridgeville and Karen Littleton (William) of Union, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
