He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sostakowski and Jan Sostakowski; and his brother Albert. He is survived by: his wife Tara; his daughters, Kayleigh Sostakowski (Jason Nicholson), Kristen Rose (Russell) and Kelsey Sostakowski; and his sister Cheryl Byrne (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nephews.
