He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Atkins and Ruby Atkins; and his siblings, Donald Atkins (Joyce), Jack Atkins (Frances), Jonnie Atkins, Charles "Bob" Adkins (Sharlene) and Judy Booth.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, David Jr. (Lisa) of Bloomington, MN, Frank (Sara) of North Royalton, Ken (Amy) of Elizabethtown, PA and Tracy Shiltz (Jay) of Olmsted Falls; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Atkins and Darlene Adkins. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Fields United Methodist Church, Missions Fund.
