She is survived by: her mother Alice Krech; her husband Skip; her children, Joe Tarach (Christina), Kristina Beifus (Damian) and Aly Tarach (Aly); her grandchildren, Clark Beifus and Enzo Munoz; her brothers, Dale Krech (Pat Soler) and Gary Krech (Sue); her niece Laurie Butcher (Dave); and her nephew Michael Krech.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Sandie's name to either St Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Lake Humane Society.
