He is survived by: his children, Cathleen Alexander (Dan Joyce) and Robert Alexander (Madeline); his grandchildren, Sophie Alexander Salvo, Gretchen Alexander, Robert Ackerman, Elizabeth "Pooks" Ackerman and Scott Ackerman; his great grandchildren, June Coffey, Peter Salvo, Ida Rose Ackerman and Zoe Ackerman; and his sister Ann Lebo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
