She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Garity and Anna Garity; and her husband Richard G. Machcoviak. She is survived by: her children, Judith Thurston (Wayne), Joseph and George Machcoviak; and her brother Thomas Garity. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
