He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Borland and Mary Elizabeth Borland; and his brother Richard Borland (Joyce). He is survived by: his wife Janet Borland; his children, Karen Ahern (James), James Borland and Sandra Juhn; his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth (Jeff), Megan (Phil), James, Owen and Reece; his great grandchildren, Kira, Finnegan, Aelish, Mairead, Lilly, Silas and Tierney; and his sister Nancy Swanson (Brad).
