He is survived by: his wife Shirley J.; his children, William (Donna), Kenneth (Jeanne), Pamela Mullinex (Donald) and Christopher (Tressa); his grandchildren, Adelyne, Vander, Bill Jr., Michael, Bonnie, Richele, Lauren, Kenneth Sebille, Donald, Ashlee Mullinex and Nicole Rhew; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Braylen, Skyler, Liem, Emerson and Madelyn; and his siblings, Robert, Jeannie Springer, Francis, Adrian and William Springer.
