He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Corita Foust (Kevin Andrews), Cynthia Evans (late Gary), Cheryl Causey (Ed), Gerald, Jr. (Susan) and Cathleen Hollowell (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jimmy, Dave, Dustin, Nate, Gerald III and Jamie; and his great grandchildren, Robbie, Dynasty, Kenny and Leila.
