She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Franklin D. Miller; her parents, Ira Mead and Bertha Mead; and her sisters, Naomi Ruth Baylous (Don) and Janice "Jan" Fetty.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tamara S. Bishop and Brenda R. Miller; and her brother-in-law John Fetty.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunset Funeral Home on behalf of Frances Miller to help defray the cost of services.
