He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary J Wagner (Crowe) and William J Wagner Jr.; his children, William Wagner IV (Kori), Dennis Wagner, Evelene Frances Wagner (Robert Fountain) and Michael Wagner; his former wife Judith Wagner (Blasiman); his siblings, Richard Wagner (Linda), Nancy Cribley (Dean), Betty Byram (Garry) and Melody Amendol (Larry); his brother-in-law Jim Hermen; his sisters, Beverly and Dawn; and his brother-in-law Richard. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and two great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial.
