She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Thorpe and Myrtle Thorpe (Smith); her siblings, Theresa Thorpe and Jimmy Smith; and her niece Lynn Thorpe.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Ruby; her daughters, Amanda Ray of Austintown, Ashley Bruss (Michael) of North Jackson and Jaymie Meade (Raymond) of North Jackson; her grandchildren, Eddie, Brynnley, Ben, Katie, Dakota, Wyatt, Sara Rae and Sammy; and her siblings, Elma Ripley of Ravenna, Brenda Thorpe of Austintown and Cecil Thorpe II of Ellsworth.
