She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Bowser and Twila Bowser (Hetrick); and her siblings, Shirley, Donald and Harold Bowser.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Cook (Perry Pogany) of Sarasota, FL and Brenda Maynard (Jim) of Scottsdale, AZ.; her stepchildren, Frank Yacucci (Rose) and Sherry Yacucci of Austintown; her stepgrandchildren, Olivia Wolfe, Victoria, Brian and Alexandria Pogany-Cook; and her siblings, Esther VanHorne of Andover, Paul Bowser of Lordstown, Myrna Whitlinger of Apollo, PA and Larry Bowser of Worthington, PA..
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Jackson Township Park @ PO Box 400 North Jackson Ohio 44451 in Phyllis's memory.
