He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" Kundly Woloschak; his children, Stephanie A. Rimedio of Austintown and Matthew J. Woloschak of North Jackson; his grandchildren, Summer, Michael V, Matthew Jr., Kloey, Joseph, Katelyn and Damian; his great grandchild Adalynn; his siblings, Mary K. Woloschak of North Jackson, Alice Munger (Mark) of Canfield and Charles Woloschak (Annie) of North Jackson; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Woloschak-Rush of Youngstown.
