She was predeceased by: her parents, Farris Alexander and Asma Alexander; her son Joseph Maron Shaheen M. D.; and her brothers, Joseph, Nicholas and Elias Alexander.

She is survived by: her spouse Sid Maron Shaheen June; her daughters, Marian Eskay (Gerald) and Diana Shaheen; and her grandsons, Douglas and Matthew Eskay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Antonine Village 2675 N. Lipkey Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451.
