He was predeceased by: his father Lee R. Hively Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Hively-Henry (Jones) of Canfield; his wife Diana Hively (Corsale); and his children, Lee Hively III (Jolene) of North Jackson, Rebecca Hively-Haskin (Marc) of Canfield, Ryan Hively (Nicole) of Canfield, Krystle Hively-Common (Lee) of North Jackson and Danielle Hively-Weimer (Larry) of North Jackson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother.
