He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd VanHorn and Kathryn Juart VanHorn; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Silvia Stephenson; his daughter Melissa Lindley (Chris); his sister-in-law Ruth Snavley (AG); his aunt Joan; his cousin Kenny Stephenson; and his brothers, Charles and Howard.
