It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Skinner of North Jackson, Ohio, born in Stratton, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Skinner and Maude Skinner (Mellott); and his son Brian Scott Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Stella Skinner (Keeler); his children, Bradley Whited, Tracey Whited, Jackie Williams, Marilyn Mirabella (Michael), Kevin Whited (Shawn) and Larry Whited; and his siblings, Alice Driggers and Butch Skinner. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
