He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Blanche Foster (Burgy); his daughter Tiffany Obradovich; and his granddaughter Gabby Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Foster (Goldner); his daughters, Brandy Wyllie (Steve) of Mineral Ridge and Jody Bartlett (Pete) of Austintown; his son-in-law Chris Obradovich of Tennessee; and his sisters, Joan McCullough of Austintown and Karen Lodwick of North Jackson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great granddaughter and one great grandson.
