He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Hoover Sr. and Patricia Jack. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Cicero (James) of Niles, Lisa Conway (Jane Mohn) of Liberty, Melissa Acierno of Girard, Ronald Fellows and Donald Fellows of Girard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
