He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Odell and Mildred Benedict (Burgan); his former wife Cheryl Benedict; and his siblings, Donna Price, Robert Benedict and Ronald Benedict.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Bridgen (Kelly) of Niles, OH, Richard Miller (Kathy) and Danielle Macri (Sal) of Niles, OH; and his grandchildren, Lilliann, Corey, Kara, Johnathan, Jamie and Alyssa. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
