He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Cutlip and June E. Cutlip (Hammond). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carpenter Cutlip; his children, Cheryl Taylor (Michael) of Liberty Township, Robert Cutlip (Consuelo) of Youngstown and Amy Sizemore of Vienna; his grandchildren, Brandie, Michael, Haley, Brad, Heather, Corey, Clarissa and Isabella; and his sisters, Clara Kay Baumgardner (Mick) of Columbus Grove and Bernadette Schnipke of Ottawa, Ohio.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
