He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Cullivan; his stepchildren, Tonia Zeh (Zackary) and Douglas Dugan; his siblings, John Cullivan (Mary Jane), Jacqueline Satterfield (Jim), Tom Cullivan (Katie) and Caroline Bollman (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Antonio Hernandez Jr., Serena Hernadez, Ra'Nyhla McKellar, Levi Zeh, Josh Burgess, Jayceon Burgess and Ja'Rell Burgess.
