He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Justine McMullen Smith Sr.; his wife Rose Marie Kraus Smith; and his brother Charles Smith. He is survived by: his children, Fred Smith III (Latricia) of Austintown and Sabrina Kelley (Tim) of Boulder, CO; and his grandchildren, Erin, Mark (Cara), Matthew, Hannah, Kenney (Amber) and Jeremy (Sara).
