He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Bernard Sr. (Glover) of Canfield; his wife Hollie Clark Bernard; his children, Zoie Bernard and Anthony Bernard; and his siblings, Mary Barker (Sam) of Canfield, Missy Smith (Dave) of Canfield and Mark Barnett (Carol) of Miami. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
