He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Clay and Wilma Sue Clay (Binion); and his brother Ricky. He is survived by: his siblings, Calvin Clay (Suzy) of Howland, Jim Clay (Becky) of Howland, Dean Gillespie of Leavittsburg, Jane Hanshaw of Howland and Priscilla Feezle (Patrick) of Warren; and his close friends, Paul Drotar, Rick Percich and Chas Wolbert Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
