He is survived by: his wife Enes Dobbins (Morgan) of Niles; his children, Frank Dobbins (Tabitha) of Lordstown, Rosemary McClimans (David) of Niles and Ryan Morgan (Danielle) of Niles; his grandchildren, Ashley Griffin (Cody), Nicholas Dobbins (Keeley), Daren McClimans and Sammy Noll; his great grandchildren, Owen Goshorn, Cayden Griffin and Cannon Griffin; his siblings, Norma Plavi (Mike) of Nemacolin, PA and Robert Dobbins (Wendy) of Carmichaels, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Morgan, Gabe Morgan (Karen) and Brenda Godiciu. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
