She is survived by: her children, Darren Theobald (Carllene), Jana Sims (Steven), Tonda Lamp (Dave) and Karina Carpenter (Travis Rinard); her grandchildren, Bobby Theobald, Josh Theobald (Ashley Dragoo), Megan Coss (Derick Russell), Brittany Coffman (Jordan), Brooke Sims (Jeremy Ayers), Marissa Sims, Brennan Lamp (Kayla), Shayla Lamp (Evan Michael), Mitchell McKay (Lexi Felton) and Makayla Carpenter; and her sisters-in-law, Patty Hall and Sharon Hess.
