She was predeceased by: her mother Rena Maynard; her children, Diane Stevens Gilmore, Annette Stevens and Michael Stevens; her siblings, Ann Maynard and Ralph Maynard; and her brother-in-law Roy Maynard.
She is survived by: her husband Pearly Stevens; her children, Darryl Stevens (Teri), Doyle Stevens (Lisa), Denise Blouir (David), Debra Stevens and Lloyd Stevens; her granddaughter Valerie Cunningham (Peaches); and her siblings, Sammy Maynard (Linda), Elmer Maynard (Marie), May Maynard and Vada Maynard. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
