He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Kay Dodd and Deborah Glazer. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Neighbor and Stephani Neighbor; his brother Wyatt; his grandparents, Chad and Vickie; his aunts and uncles, Abbey Green (Lance), Kaydi Kramer (Tim) and Cameron Dodd; and his cousin Owen Green.
His life was a brief gift and will continue to live on as his heart valves were donated to other infants in need.
