He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Smith (Clark); his grandchildren, Lexie of Ocala, FL and Logan Smith of Ocala, FL; his sister Rhea Lou Harvey (Dave) of Crystal Lake, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Chad, Sue and Erin.
